What's the DTF Technology?

No waste and no engraving discharge, environmental protection, and pollution-free. This article will share with you how to properly maintain your PET film printer in different aspects.


1. Cycle upkeep:


( 1) Try to keep the machine energized to ensure the continuous work of the white ink circulation. (As shown in the figure, the white ink needs to be energized to continue stirring).

( 2) If the power must be cut off, add a few drops of pure water (such as Cestbon, Watsons, non-mineral water) to the maintenance cap and soak the maintenance cap slightly. (Add at the position shown in the figure, just a few drops can not overdosing).


2. Nozzle maintenance:.


( 1) The nozzle of the PET Film DTF Printer must fit the maintenance cap when it is reset, and try not to make too much contact with the air when not in use. (Just keep this state as shown in the picture).

( 2) The nozzle cable should be kept intact and tidy. Don't be too close or too tortuous to other cables, so as to avoid scratching and causing the cable to fall off. There should be no liquid at the connection port (it can also be fixed with a cable tie).

( 3) Wrap an electrical tape around the nozzle and cable interface to seal the nozzle and cable interface to prevent ink from entering the nozzle and burning the nozzle.

( 4 )After the nozzle is installed, cleaned and maintained, the interface between the nozzle and the flat cable should be re-sealed, and the position corresponding to the flat cable should be fully inserted when inserting the flat cable, so as not to burn the nozzle. (As shown in the picture, Line 1 is connected to the lower left mouth of the nozzle, Line 2 is connected to the upper left mouth of the nozzle, Line 3 is connected to the lower right mouth of the nozzle, and Line 4 is connected to the upper right mouth of the nozzle) (only 3200!!!).

( 5) After sealing the nozzle and the cable interface, you can put a paper towel on it to further protect the life of the nozzle.

( 6 )Make sure that the nozzle is cleaned in good condition before working. After cleaning, check the test line until it is found to be in good condition, so as to ensure the life of the nozzle.


3. Car maintenance:.


( 1) Keep the grating strips clean.

( 2) The guide rail should be kept lubricated.

( 3) After daily use, wipe and hang off the ink on the right side of the bottom of the trolley with a paper towel or sharp things to avoid scraping the paper and affecting the print quality after a long time. (Wipe and clean as shown at the bottom of the picture).

( 4) The flash spray tank and maintenance station need to add a certain amount of water to rinse after daily use to prevent blockage from affecting subsequent use and maintenance.


4. Parts upkeep:.


( 1) Regularly check the condition of the peristaltic pump and filter, and replace them in time.

( 2) The color ink filter is replaced within a two-month life cycle.

( 3) The white ink filter should be replaced within half a month to one month. The replacement of the filter on time will help ensure the life of the printing and the nozzle effect.

( 4) Regularly check whether the cable is loose and whether the pressure and liquid level are normal.

( 5) Whether the paper feeding wheel and the paper feeding ink supply system are in good condition, whether there are wear, looseness, and unstable connection.

( 6) Both the PET Film DTF printer and the duster need to be connected to the ground wire to prevent static electricity from long-term use from interfering with the machine and causing damage.
